Melissa Archer is a New York–based actor and filmmaker originally from Texas. She holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Baylor University and moved to NYC in 2021 to pursue work across stage and screen.

Her recent screen credits include a featured dancer role on The Crowded Room and a co-star appearance on Law & Order, earning her SAG-Eligible status. Melissa has also built a strong commercial and digital presence, booking campaigns with brands including Panera and Samsung.

In the independent film space, she was awarded Best Actress at the New York City Independent Film Festival and continues to develop original narrative projects as both a performer and producer. She is currently producing, directing, and starring in an upcoming short film.

Melissa is passionate about theatre, comedy, and character-driven storytelling, and is focused on expanding her work in television and narrative film.
